Shipping Policy

Tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses free of charge. The email address you enter at checkout will be used by our courier to inform you of your parcel’s progress. 

Delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order and are automatically calculated at checkout. 

We offer three types of delivery:

Standard Delivery

Your order will be dispatched on the next working day, on a 1-3 day tracked delivery service with our courier partner, Whistl. Whistl are the second-largest courier in the UK after Royal Mail and provide an exceptionally reliable service.

Example: If you order on Monday using ‘Standard Delivery’ your order will be despatched on Tuesday and should arrive on Thursday, or Friday at the latest. 

Express Delivery

Your order will be dispatched on the next working day, on a tracked next-day service with our courier. This means you should receive your order within 2 working days of purchase.

Working days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Therefore if you order on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday and you should receive it on Tuesday. 

Unfortunately we cannot absolutely guarantee that your item will arrive in this timescale and we are not able to offer refunds for items which do not arrive on a specific date. 

Addresses in Northern Ireland and outside of mainland UK will always take longer. 

Premium Delivery (1-3 Working Days)

Your order will be despatched as soon as possible, but no later than the next working day on a tracked next-day service. This means you should receive your order within 2 working days of purchase.

Working days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Therefore if you order on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday and you should receive it on Tuesday. 

International Delivery

Unfortunately International delivery is currently unavailable. 

Address Errors

When you place an order, you will receive an email asking you to check your delivery address and postcode carefully. It is very important that you do this.

If you parcel is deemed ‘undeliverable’ by our courier because of an error with the address or postcode, we CANNOT re-send your order free-of-charge. Our courier will return the parcel to us, which takes up to 14 days, then we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Need your order on a specific date?

If you require your order to arrive on a specific date, for example if the order is a birthday gift, please allow enough time for the order to arrive. If you select ‘Standard Delivery’, your order will be dispatched the next working day after the order is received on a 1-3 working day delivery service. 

Snack-box.co.uk CANNOT be held responsible if the desired delivery date is missed.
