Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your order has arrived in an unsafe or inedible condition, in which case we will work with you to find a solution.

If you order has arrived damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged products. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which in most cases will be an order number and an email address. 
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we have asked you to. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. 

Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable.
